1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the WorkShift application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Use of the App
- The app is intended to help you track your work shifts, estimate pay, and manage your schedules.
- Estimated pay and schedules are exactly that—estimates. The app is not a legally binding payroll system and we are not liable for differences between your official payslip and the app's calculation.
- You may not use the app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app.
3. Premium Purchases
WorkShift offers standard features for free, with specific advanced features locked behind a "Premium" purchase.
- Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing.
- Premium unlocks features such as the Calendar View, unlimited profiles, and unlimited templates on the Google Play account that made the purchase.
- Refund policies are governed directly by Google Play. Please refer to Google Play support for refund requests.
4. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to WorkShift.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or be strictly defect-free. WorkShift is provided "as is", and your use of it is at your own risk. Local data is handled by the user; failure to backup data manually via the export feature may result in data loss upon uninstallation.
